Richard G. Smith, 85, Williamsburg, passed away Friday evening, June 29, 2012, at Shadow Moss Plantation, Savannah, Ga., after an extended illness. A full obituary will appear in a later edition of the Mirror. Arrangements are by John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
