David C. Borman, 82, Tyrone, died Wednesday. He was born in Tyrone, son of David and Mildred (Fisher) Borman. He married Mary A. "Dolly" Forcey on Nov. 25, 1949, in West Virginia, and she preceded him in death Feb. 19, 2011. Surviving are a son, Dennis L. of Bellefonte; two granddaughters; a stepgranddaughter; and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 4 until the 8 p.m. funeral service Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc., Tyrone, Pastor Roy Garthwaite officiating. Private interment will be in Blair Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
