Phyllis Helsel Diehl, 87, Altoona died Friday at Golden LivingCenter - Hillview. She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of Thomas W. and Anna (Smith) Kennedy. Surviving are a son, Dennis Helsel of Duncansville; a brother, Peter Kennedy of Bellwood; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. There will be no visitation. Committal will be held at the convenience of the family in Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood. Arrangements are by Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home, 421 Montgomery St., Hollidaysburg.
