Donald J. Tobias, 90, of Philipsburg passed away Wednesday. He was born at Carnwath, son of the late Charles B. and Annie (Patterson) Tobias. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen (McCreadie) Tobias. Surviving are a son and daughter: Donald J. Tobias and Nancy Hampton; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by siblings: Louise Mae Anderson, Thelma G. Richner and J. Cameron Tobias. At Don's request, there will be no public visitation.
