Frank Rosenhoover's claim that JoAnn Nardelli's switch from Democrat to Republican was a result of her losing in her bid for county commissioner is so much hot air.
His political life has been devoted to his job as chief shill for the Democratic Party of Blair County.
I knew JoAnn's parents as well as her entire family, and I can say unequivocally that JoAnn was raised with a strong sense of family values that included unbridled love of God, family and country.
I am also ashamed to say I voted for President Obama, because he has done absolutely nothing but put the working Americans, senior citizens, the sick and disabled, our military personnel and all of us who are trying to just make it in this world so far in the hole we'll never get out.
His war against any state that tries to set its own policies in dealing with illegal immigrants speaks for itself. Now he's busy patting himself on the back and taking the credit for the killing of bin Laden. Any of our presidents would have given the order to take him out if they had been sure of his location.
For Obama to take the credit for what our seal team did is akin to Danny Murtaugh taking credit for the Pirates' 1960 World Series win over the Yankees because he told Mazeroski to hit the homer in Game 7. Give me a break.
I pray to God (yes, there are a few of us who still believe in God) that Obama is not re-elected, because, if he is, the lines in our Pledge Of Allegiance "one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all," will be more meaningless than they already are.
