Athlete of the week achievement: Goodman won the shot put and discus at the District 6 Class AAA Track and Field Championships and also placed third in the javelin.
Season update: Goodman will compete in the shot put and discus at next weekend's PIAA Championships in Shippensburg. She leads the area with a top throw of 33 feet, 10 inches in the shot put and 111-3 in the discus.
