Lady Bulldogs get by JV to hike mark to 17-0

CLAYSBURG - Madison Ickes hit a lead-off homer in the second inning as Claysburg-Kimmel blanked Juniata Valley, 3-0, in high school softball on Monday.

Brooke Ritchey and Ronette Claar each drove in runs, and Claar earned the win with 11 strikeouts.

The Lady Bulldogs remained undefeated at 17-0.
