Mary (Gresky) Earnest, 88, Portage, died Tuesday. She was born in Portage, daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Gresky. Surviving are two children: Elizabeth Zaremba of Summerhill Township and Blair of Penn Run; two granddaughters; and a brother, John Gresky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel J. Earnest; and two siblings: Michael Gresky and Barbara Zavada. Friends will be received from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2012, at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, Portage. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Church, Father Walter Moll as celebrant. Committal will be at St. Brigid's Cemetery, Lilly.
