Kenneth Paul Kneezle, 67, Duncansville, passed away peacefully Thursday at home after a valiant battle with cancer.
He was born in Painton, Mo., son of the late Earl G. and Eva (Wood) Kneezle. He married Kay Acosta on March 5, 1966, and she preceded him in death on Nov. 18, 2009.
Surviving are a son, Kevin C. of Hollidaysburg; two sisters: Mae Jean Gerber and Diana Louise Watkins in Missouri; and a brother, Eldon in California. He is also survived and fondly thought of by many friends and co-workers and by his very close friends, John and Sandra Kasum, John and Winnie Eicher and Tommy Helsel.

He was preceded in death by three siblings: Hazel, Donald and infant Dorothy.
Kenny attended Bell City High School and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1962, serving until 1967. He was employed by ARCO Pipe Line Co. for 25 years and by P.P.C. for 15 years, and he started Ken's Welding and Fabrication in Duncansville, of which he was president.
Kenny enjoyed golfing, flying, working in his yard, spending time with his friends and family and his dog, Buddy. He instilled an amazing work and life ethic in his son, Kevin, and will be remembered as a loving father and wonderful friend.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2012, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery. A funeral service will be private.
