Bradi Moore had a pair of hits and drove in three runs to help Central salvage its trip to the Curve Classic with a 10-5 victory over Latrobe in a consolation game at Peoples Natural Gas Field Saturday.
Cole Kreider also had two hits and drove in a pair of runs for the Scarlet Dragons. Austin Cunningham drew three walks, had a hit and scored four runs as Central improved to 5-5 overall.

Colts fall short
Joe Olish struck out with the tying run on third base as Northern Cambria came up just short in a 9-8 loss to Punxsutawney in a Curve Classic consolation game.
Brian Laurito tripled, drove in three runs and had three hits for Northern Cambria.
Northern Cambria fell to 3-3, while Punxsy improved to 5-2.
