Beer Batter Bread

3 cups self-rising flour

1 12 -ounce can of beer

3 tablespoon honey or sugar

Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Increase oven to 375 degrees.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over top of bread. Bake 15 more minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
