The Lady Marauders, now 18-2, got 16 points from Halee Adams, 14 points from Kayla Bates and 10 points from Devin Stessney.
Carroll, down 34-8 at halftime, was led by Dani Link with 16 points.

FLINTON - The Bellwood-Antis boys outscored Glendale, 27-13, in the fourth quarter en route to its 17th win in 20 games, a 59-50 victory on Friday.
Josh Steffen's 20 points were tops for the Blue Devils. David Wolfe and Alex Dionis added 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Bellwood is the Inter-County Conference North Division champ with a 14-1 record.
Glendale got 24 points from Michael Wigfield.
