Kevin Givens' foul shot with 1.9 seconds remaining lifted Altoona White to a 43-42 victory over Johnstown in junior high boys basketball on Tuesday at the AAJHS Fieldhouse.

Givens scored 22 points for the White team, which won the Inter-County League with an 8-1 record.

JOHNSTOWN (42): Brandon 8, Malcolm 1, Updyke 13, Reid 6, Jones 14.

ALTOONA?WHITE (43): Bullett 4, Barnes 7, Lytle 2, Givens 22, Dammann 6, Wansley 2.
