Kevin Givens' foul shot with 1.9 seconds remaining lifted Altoona White to a 43-42 victory over Johnstown in junior high boys basketball on Tuesday at the AAJHS Fieldhouse.
Givens scored 22 points for the White team, which won the Inter-County League with an 8-1 record.
