EBENSBURG - Zach Patterson scored a game-high 11 points to help Bishop Guilfoyle defeat Central Cambria, 40-29, in high school boys basketball on Thursday.

Pat Irwin chipped in with 10 points for BG.

Johnny Stephens added 12 points, and Mike Krupa 11 for Mo Valley, which carried the overtime period, 7-2.

Mo Valley improved to 1-16 overall and 1-5 in the Moshannon Valley League. Harmony got 15 points from Joe Leyo.
