NEW PARIS - Chestnut Ridge jumped out to a 22-5 first-quarter lead en route to its 12th win in 14 games, beating Fannett-Metal, 53-37, in high school boys basketball on Monday.

Ben Pick led the Lions with 18 points, while teammate Adam Wiley added 11 points.
