EBENSBURG - Zack Woodley scored 12 points and Colin Russell added 10 to lead Central Cambria to a 51-48 Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference Section I win over archrival Bishop Carroll in high school boys basketball Friday.

Central Cambria (4-9 overall and 2-3 in the section) won the game by carrying the fourth quarter, 19-16.

Bishop Carroll (9-5 overall and 3-2 in the section) got a game-high 17 points from Ryan Lauer and 11 from Marcus Lee.
