Athlete of the week achievement: Long won two races against DuBois and Central. He also set a meet record with a first-place time in the 100 backstroke at the Clearfield Invitational and won the 100 butterfly.

Season update: Long is 19th in the state for 100 butterfly and 17th for 100 backstroke.
