1 cup confectionary sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 pound of white chocolate or chocolate candy pieces
Mix confectionary sugar, peanut butter and margarine. Make one-inch balls out of dough mixture, place on cookie sheet covered in wax paper and refrigerate.
When the balls are chilled, dip them in melted chocolate to coat and place them on wax paper to dry.
Makes approximately 2 dozen "snowballs."
