Betty L. Pigza, 88, Gallitzin, died Saturday at her home. She was born in Tunnelhill, daughter of the late James Sr. and Minnie (Nale) Lego. Surviving are three children: Margaret Cevenka, and Andrew and Wanda Hodgson; five grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Hochrein. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew; eight brothers; and two infant sisters. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at St. Demetrius Church. Arrangements are by Gibbons Funeral Home, Gallitzin.
