Caillat comes to Carnegie

PITTSBURGH - Pop singer Colbie Caillat will perform with special guest Andy Grammer at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at Carnegie Library Music Hall of Homestead.

Since her breakthrough single, "Bubbly," hit No. 1 on the adult contemporary charts in 2007, Caillat has had six songs hit the Top 10 on that chart. Her latest album, "All of You," was released earlier this month.

Folk rocker to play show

PITTSBURGH - Mat Kearney, with a special guest to be announced, will perform an all-ages show at 8 p.m. Nov. 12 at the Rex Theater. Kearney is a folk rocker whose latest album, "Young Love," will be released Tuesday.

Artist's work to get exhibit

LORETTO - The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Loretto will present its latest exhibition, "Will Barnet, American Master: An Exhibition in Honor of the Artist's 100th Birthday," Aug. 5 through Oct. 15 at the museum.

The exhibition will feature approximately 60 works by Barnet, a painter and printmaker who has been working since the late 1920s and continues to work today from his New York studio.

Blues group heads to State

STATE COLLEGE - G. Love & Special Sauce will perform at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at the State Theatre. The show will be opened by roots rock group The Apache Relay.

G. Love & Special Sauce are touring in support of their new album, "Fixin' to Die," which is their first full country blues record.
