Athlete of the week achievement: Won the 100- and 200-meter dashes at the District 6-AAA championships for the third straight year.

Season update: Davis will compete in this weekend's PIAA Championships in both the 100 and 200 dashes. Her best times of the season are 12.34 in the 100 and 25.49 in the 200.

Coach Steve Rhodes' quote: "Kelly has been the premiere sprinter in District 6 for the past three seasons, and she proved it once again Thursday night.
