Corporal Miller put together a couple of three-run innings en route to a 7-5 win over Park Furniture in a Kelley Federation baseball opener Saturday at Vets Field.
J.D. Green had two hits for Corporal, while Logan Stern and Ethan Wilt had two hits apiece for Park, which scored five runs in the bottom of the seventh.
Corporal Miller scored three runs in the third and in the fifth.

Tom Dickey Law Office needed only three innings to defeat Altoona Lions, 20-0, in Altoona Teener Major League baseball action at Seitz Field.
Dickey Law, which scored 18 runs in the top of the first, got two hits and four RBIs from Matt Winters, three hits and three RBIs from Dylan Conrad and two hits and three RBIs from D.J. Lock.
Dickey Law hiked its record to 5-1. The Altoona Lions dropped to 1-8.
n Postal Express improved to 6-2 with a 9-5 win over Furrer Beverage at Seitz Field.
Aaron James had two hits for the winners. Morgan Litzinger had two hits for Furrer Beverage, which dropped to 0-8.
n Andy Crum doubled twice and struck out nine to lead Juniata Civics past Sheetz, 7-2, at Seitz.
Juniata Civics' Justin DeGennaro and Andy Akins also had two hits each.
n Mason McGinnis, Brandon Lytle and Kristian Mirenda each collected two hits and drove in two runs to lead Altoona Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center to an 8-4 win over Juniata Civics at Seitz Field late Friday night.
