HOUTZDALE - Zack Jasper homered, doubled and drove in five runs as Moshannon Valley came back from a five-run deficit to win a 15-10 slugfest that counted in both the ICC North and Mo Valley League standings in high school baseball Thursday.
Jasper had three hits, as did Grant Stewart, who also doubled and tripled for Mo Valley. The Knights' Kevin Beers had two hits and three RBIs, while Bobby Gallagher had two hits and drove in two runs. Glendale's Ethan Cree went 3-for-4, and Mitch Gedman belted two of the Vikings' five home runs - Cree, Jarid Ivory and Tim Sutton had the others.

NBC juniors win two
WARFORDSBURG - The Northern Bedford junior high l team swept a doubleheader with Southern Fulton.
In the first game, NBC won, 5-4, in eight innings. Kyler Diehl got the win on the mound. Nick Foor and Diehl led the hitting attack with two hits each.
In the second game, the Panthers won, 4-3, Foor threw a complete game and scattered four hits.
