Altoona won both the boys and girls divisions of the 2011 Altoona 9th-10th Grade Track and Field Championships at Mansion Park on Tuesday.
The Altoona ninth-grade team edged the Altoona 10th graders in the boys meet. Tyler Romanowicz won the long jump, triple jump and 300 hurdles, Josh Kutz took the shot put and discus, Kolby Koeck won the 110 hurdles and pole vault, Dreux Stamford took the 100 and 200 dashes, and Terry Futrell won the 1,600 and 3,200 runs.
Abby Wagner won the long and triple jumps, and Alexis Mirenda won the shot put and javelin to lead the Altoona girls to victory. Hollidaysburg's Lauren Pheasant won the 800 and 1,600 runs.

NEW PARIS - Matt Dull and Justin Toddie were each double winners as the Chestnut Ridge boys defeated Central, 100-48.
Dull won the 200 dash and 300 hurdles, and Toddie took the 1,600 and 3,200 runs.
Morgan Weyant won the 100 and 300 hurdles as the Chestnut Ridge girls edged Central, 75-73.
