Rex also had eight strikeouts.

STATE COLLEGE - Katie Dinges had a double with three RBIs to lead the Hollidaysburg eighth grade team to an 8-0 shutout against Park Forest. The Lady Tigers are now 6-6.
Seventh grade: Park Forest, 12-0, 3 innings. Hollidaysburg is 2-7.
Bellwood sweeps
BELLWOOD - Jacqueline Finn had three doubles as Bellwood-Antis edged West Branch, 9-8, in game one of a doubleheader in junior high action. Kaylee Garver had eight strikeouts in the win for the Lady Devils.
Alayana Roberts, Finn, Meghan Claar and Alexis Shade each had two doubles as Bellwood-Antis completed the sweep, 11-1.
Bellwood-Antis is 9-3 and set a single-season win record.
