The game is scheduled to be completed as part of a doubleheader at Bellwood-Antis on May 11. Winning pitcher Justin DeGennaro went the distance, scattering five hits and striking out 14, and also had two hits in his own behalf as Juniata Civics evened its record at 1-1 by beating Furrer Beverage in the late Monday Altoona Teener Major baseball game at Seitz Field.
Jimmy Marquette collected three hits and two RBIs for Juniata, while Isaac Bowman drove in three runs on two hits. Furrer's Jason Kruis has two hits.
