Altoona triumphs in extra innings
JOHNSTOWN - Drew McCabe hit for the cycle and drove in five runs as Bishop Carroll notched its sixth win in eight starts with a 13-3, five-inning-inning victory in high school baseball Monday.
Josh King, Taylor Makin and winning pitcher Ryan Woo had two hits apiece for Carroll, while Nick Maruca and Luke Tatarko drove in two runs. Richland's Derek Crawford was 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
