NORTHERN CAMBRIA -- The Northern Cambria Area Business Alliance will hold an informational seminar at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Young Men's Polish Legion, Route 219, Northern Cambria.
Topics will include financial wealth management and the legal impact of contracts, how municipalities can be affected and how small businesses can market their goods and services to the gas drillers.
