Williamsburg boys down Mount Union; Lady Tigers triumph

MOUNT UNION - Nick Fay poured in 22 points to help Williamsburg knock off Mount Union, 61-52, in an Inter-County Conference North Division boys basketball game Saturday afternoon.

Trent Lee contributed 13 points, and Dylan Barroner added eight points and eight rebounds for Williamsburg. Ryan McClain led Mount Union with a 25 points.

WILLOW HILL - Blaire Lauthers poured in 23 points, and Megan Dougherty added 14 points as Fannett-Metal pulled the upset and sent Tussey Mountain to its first loss of the year in both Sideling Hill League and Inter-County Conference South action.

Katie Runk's 17 points paced the Lady Titans. It was only Tussey's second loss in 16 starts.
