Alli Williams, a Bishop Guilfoyle graduate, was named the Northeast Conference's Rookie of the Week for the second time this month Monday.
Williams, who is now starting for the St. Francis women's basketball team, averaged 14.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals over two games in the past week.

Claysburg-Kimmel graduate Lacey Claar scored 17 points and made five 3-pointers for the IUP women's basketball team in a 72-30 victory over Washington Adventist Saturday.
Claar now holds the school record with 175 3-pointers, breaking a tie with Katie Glaws. She added seven assists and two steals. Claar is 56 points shy of 1,000 for her career and is eighth in school history at IUP with 311 assists.

Hollidaysburg graduate Sara Trimarco had nine points, four assists and two rebounds for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown women's basketball team in an 80-79 loss to Shepherd Saturday.

Jordan Miller, a Central Cambria graduate, scored 13 points, had six rebounds and four assists for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown men's basketball team in a 92-87 overtime victory against Shepherd Saturday.

Huntingdon graduate Greta Gibboney has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division I All-American team as an honorable mention for her efforts on the Delaware women's volleyball team.

A pair of locals made the Penn State Altoona All-Sportsmanship Team for their efforts in their respective sports.
Wes Elder, a Central graduate, was the men's golf recipient, and Kelsie Bumbarger, an Altoona graduate, was the women's volleyball award winner.
