Athlete of the week achievement: Getz carried the ball 33 times for 147 yards in helping the Golden Eagles to a fourth-quarter, come-from-behind 17-7 victory over Central in the District 5-6 Class AA semifinals.

Season update: Getz has carried 230 times this year for 1,372 yards. He is averaging 6 yards a carry and has 23 total touchdowns. Tyrone is 12-0 and plays Forest Hills in the District 5-6 Class AA Championship Friday.
