Athlete of the week achievement: Khalouf beat teammate Megan Bettwy to win the District 6 Class AAA singles title. She was down, 2-0, early in the first set but rallied back and won it, 6-3. Khalouf never trailed the second set and won the title with another 6-3 score.
Season update: Khalouf is 12-0 in singles play, and Hollidaysburg is 11-0.
