Derrick A. Isaacson, 30, of Lilly will also undergo a mental health and drug and alcohol evaluation, will be subjected to random drug testing and is barred from using alcohol or having contact with Thompson's Pharmacy at 2329 Broad Ave., Judge Hiram Carpenter ordered Friday during Isaacson's sentencing. Isaacson pleaded guilty to one count each of possessing an instrument of crime and criminal attempt at theft, both misdemeanors. Criminal attempt at robbery, theft by unlawful taking and robbery charges were dropped. He was arrested June 15 at the pharmacy after his suspicious behavior prompted employees to call police.
