Some former Miss Pennsylvanias returned to Blair County Saturday for a reunion.
The state pageant hasn't been held in Altoona since 1992, but this weekend a number of the former winners and other people associated with the pageant came to DelGrosso's Amusement Park in Tipton for a reunion.
