Athlete of the week achievement: Leach was the Tri-State Invitational Meet outstanding performer in leading the Lady Panthers to the team title. She won two singles events and two relays. She also set two meet records at the Northern Bedford County Athletic Association Invitational Meet.

Season update: Leach's best time in the 100 is 12.74, 26.34 in the 200 and 1:00.04 in the 400.
