Athlete of week achievement: Parowski won two events at the District 6-9 Class AAA Swimming Championships, posting a 1:53.77 in the 200 freestyle and a 52.81 in the 100 free. She'll compete at states in both events.

Season update: Parowski holds five school records - 500 freestyle, 50 free, 200 free, 100 free and 100 backstroke.
