Athlete of week achievement: Coming off the bench, Phipps scored eight points against Fannett-Metal, had 21 points and eight rebounds against Tussey Mountain to clinch the Inter-County Conference South and Sideling Hill League, and netted 20 points against Williamsburg in the ICC Championship.

Season update: Phipps averages 13.1 points and 5.9 rebounds.
