HOLLIDAYSBURG -?Area residents are invited to attend "A Short Evening of Music" at 7 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian?Church, 601 Walnut St.
The evening will include music for voice, violin, piano and clarinet, featuring Hollidaysburg alumni Andrew Pramuk, Rachel McAleer and Janey Martinsen, as well as Altoona alumnus Anthony Cornet.
There is no admission fee; a freewill donation will be collected following the recital. All proceeds will go to the Shropshire Music Foundation, helping children cope with war through the power of music.
Attending Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y., Pramuk is a member of Eastman for the Shropshire Music Foundation, a group that fundraises for the foundation.
