Thomas E. Weaver Jr., 55, Duncansville, died Saturday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Roaring Spring, son of Eunice G. (Berkey) Weaver and the late Thomas E. Weaver.

Surviving are his mother of Newry; his companion of 30 years, Robin Campbell; three sons: Travis (Nancy) of Altoona, Brandon (girlfriend Amy Hammel) of Roaring Spring and Tyler at home; five sisters: Cathy Mastropasqua (Michael) and Julie Weaver, both of Duncansville, Suzanne Henry of Hollidaysburg, Amy Glass (Mark) of Newport News, Va., and Charlotte Lantz (David) of Newry; and a brother, Kevin of Newry.

Tom was anticipating the birth of his first grandson.

He enjoyed watching NASCAR and was an avid Dale Jr. fan. He also was a fan of St. Louis Cardinals baseball. He enjoyed fishing and watching football, and he loved his pets, a dog and two cats.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at Liebegott-Brown Funeral Home Inc., 1218 Fourth Ave., Duncansville (www.liebegottbrown.com), followed by a funeral service at 8 p.m.
