Barnes Memorial Golf Tournament to benfit MS Society

August 27, 2009
The Altoona Mirror

ROARING SPRING -- New Pig Corp., NPC Inc. and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will present the ninth annual Anne E. Barnes Memorial Golf Tournament Sept. 3 at Iron Masters Country Club. There will be morning and afternoon sessions.

A devoted wife and mother of three children, Anne lost her struggle with MS in the summer of 2001. Her natural grace and personal integrity was with her until the end, in spite of the difficult times. Anne kept her faith, her happy demeanor and selfless attitude. Her constant smile was contagious and her positive outlook on life was an inspiration to her family and to all who knew her.

We invite you to participate in Central Pennsylvania's "Golf Outing of the Year" and challenge you to help us raise money to help end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.
