OCEAN CITY, Md. -- Ocean City police say a Pennsylvania woman has died after she was hit by a delivery truck while riding a bicycle.
Twenty-three-year-old Kristen Stormer of Hollidaysburg, Pa., was hit around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday as she crossed Coastal Highway on a bicycle.
Police say Stormer was in the crosswalk but was crossing against the traffic signal.
The investigation is ongoing, but police say there are no charges pending against the driver.
