Brad McNulty, 34, Duncansville, formerly of Dysart RD, died Friday at Altoona Regional Health System, Bon Secours Hospital Campus.

He was born in Spangler, son of James E. and Barbara (Hite) McNulty.

Surviving are his parents of Duncansville; a brother, James M. II of Duncansville; a paternal grandmother, Helen (Benzie) McNulty of St. Augustine; a niece, Aundria; a nephew, Anthony; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Shannon, June 21, 2007; maternal grandparents, William and Margaret (Stephens) Hite; and a paternal grandfather, James M. McNulty.

Brad had worked as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver.

He enjoyed the rodeo, hunting and fishing and was a member of the Professional Team Roping Association.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009, at Gibbons Funeral Home, Ashville, where a vigil service will be held Monday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Rev. Joseph Fleming as celebrant. Committal at St. Benedict Cemetery, Carrolltown.
