Attorney General Tom Corbett will hold a news conference at 1 p.m. today to announce a series of arrests by agents of his Child Predator Unit.

One of those arrested was Abraham Sarver, 22, of 2518 Third Ave., Altoona, authorities said. Sarver was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexually-oriented Internet chats with an undercover agent he thought was a 13-year-old girl from Pennsylvania.

With the arrests from New Jersey to Pittsburgh, the unit has now made its 200th arrest since its creation in January 2005, Corbett said.
