Age: 30
Residence: Cresson
School: Northern Bedford
Favorite sports: Football
I usually attend games with: My wife, Jen, and our three children, Joe, Matt and Josh
My favorite college team: Penn State
My favorite pro team: Steelers
My favorite sports memory: The 1991-92 NLCS (even though we lost, at least we were there.)
The local athlete I've most enjoyed watching: Matt Imes
My favorite local coach: Joe Nastasi Sr.
My most prized autographs or pictures: Blair Thomas and Shane Conlan autograph photos.
The most famous athlete I ever met was: Bobby Bonilla at the Logan Valley Mall in the 90s.
If I have a claim to fame in sports, it would be: I was a starter on the 1995 Northern Bedford football team that holds the school record for most wins (11) in a season and was one of the final eight teams left in the state.
If I was czar of local sports, I would: Leave Joe Paterno alone and block all negative fan mail. Let him coach until he wants to quit. The legend won't be around much longer, enjoy it. I know a lot of schools and fans that would love to watch an icon walking the sidelines on Saturdays in the fall.
