An exit off Interstate 99 was closed for about an hour Thursday after a logging truck crashed in Freedom Township, state police at Hollidaysburg said. The crash occurred about 12:30 p.m. when Michael G. Corbeil, 48, of Marion Center exited the interstate at the Roaring Spring exit and entered a curve in the road. The load of logs shifted, and Corbeil's rig rolled onto its side, police said. The logs were scattered along an embankment. Corbeil was not injured, but he was cited for failing to secure the logs properly. Troopers were assisted by Freedom Township firefighters and PennDOT.
