1 pound lean ground round steak
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
4 1/2 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
salt and pepper
Mix ground round, Worcestershire, basil, thyme and mushrooms well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for two hours.
Make patties and grill.
