1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cook or old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Hershey’s Kissables
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat margarine, both sugars, Reese’s peanut butter, vanilla and eggs vigorously in a large bowl until creamy and well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in Hershey’s chocolate chips and Hershey’s Kissables.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
