Frosty pine-orange coolers

Blair County Dairy Princess Jessica Long offers the following dairy recipe:

Frosty pine-orange coolers 1 1/2 cups orange juice 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained 1 1/4 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt

Combine orange juice, pineapple and yogurt in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for two to three minutes or until frothy. Serve immediately. Makes two servings.
