12:20 p.m.: Early dismissals, cancellations

February 9, 2010

Students from the Hollidaysburg Area School District and the Bellwood-Antis School District will be dismissed early today due to a winter storm warning for Blair and surrounding counties through 7 p.m. Wednesday. The Hollidaysburg high school will be dismissed at 1 p.m., the junior high at 1:10 p.m., and the elementary schools at 2 p.m. The Bellwood-Antis high school and middle school will be dismissed at about 1 p.m. and the elementary at 1:20 p.m. All events and practices are also canceled this evening for Bellwood-Antis. A list of canceled events are available on the Hollidaysburg school Web site at www.tigerwires.com. Williamsburg Community School District canceled its committee of the whole board meeting scheduled for this evening.
