Throwbacks

The Steelers presented the throwback uniforms they will wear several times in the 2012 season.

In a word: Hideous.

But when I saw that style, I knew I had seen it somewhere before. Thanks to the miracle of Google images, I had my answer. That horizontal striped style was pioneered by Moe, Larry and Curly decades ago.

I can only assume the Steelers are riding on the coattails of the new Three Stooges movie.
